Pacific NW Chalk Fest
Nate jumped in to a brand new festival in Redmond, Washington for a challenging 10' x 24' chalk piece with more than 20 faces. It took every minute of the festival to complete the piece but was a blast to create with interest in almost every square foot of the street painting. Nate put down a layer of tempera paint first to give the main color of each quadrant of the painting. He then chalked over top of the tempera for the final look. The original art is by Ryan Meinerding who's work is at https://www.facebook.com/ryanmeinerdingart/
