It was a very hot Chalk Howard Street in Chicago so I decided to go with a very chilly scene to cool people off on Howard Street with this 3D chalk drawing. The street painting involves a ladder placed over an icy cliff with 3D penguins looking on. Thanks to the Rogers Park Business Alliance for bringing me in for this festival.
