A guest climbs the hair of Rapunzel at EPCOT in Disney World for the International Festival of the Arts in this 3D Chalk Art

Back in the beginning of 2020 I was invited back to the International Festival of the Arts at EPCOT. I created a Tangled themed piece where guests could look like they are climbing Rapunzel’s tower.
